Masonry Restoration

An architectural treasure that long stood neglected in downtown Allentown, developers sought to restore the Dime Bank Building as part of the new arena complex in 2013. However, the upper stories of the tower had deteriorated beyond repair. The Eshbach Brothers, L.P. team was tasked with the unique challenge of restoring the masonry ornamentation of the grand lobby while replicating intricate art deco designs that could not be salvaged on the upper floors.
